Meet Terry
I was born in Enloe Hospital and played football, track, and baseball at Chico High. I love my community and want to see it be even better.
Goals
CARD runs well and its past Directors have managed it prudently. I wanted to continue this pattern of careful, but dynamic guidance.

I have been doing my homework – visiting CARD Board Meetings, attending events, and reviewing the department’s Master Plan. I’m excited to share my ideas with my fellow Chicoans!
